Which photos work best?
Bright, close-up photos with one or two faces, or one pet. Dark backgrounds and big group shots don't come out as well. We check every photo before it's made, and if yours looks too dark or blurry we'll email you to ask for another.
How do I see the photo?
Look through the lens towards a lamp or window. Or, in a dim room, shine your phone torch through it onto a wall.
Can we get a matching necklace?
Yes. Pair it with our photo projection necklace for a His & Hers set, each with its own photo. Any 2 items save A$20, applied automatically in your cart.
Can I order two with different photos?
Yes. Add the first one to your cart with its photo, then upload the second photo and add it again. If you pick 2 in the bundle options instead, both get the same photo.
Can I change my photo after ordering?
Yes, if you email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that it may already be being made.
What is it made of?
It's a Cuban-link chain in a silver-tone or black finish. We don't sell it as sterling silver or hypoallergenic, so it may not suit someone who's sensitive to some metals.
What if I change my mind?
Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund what you paid for it. You don't need to send it back. If it arrives faulty or doesn't match the photo you sent, we'll replace it or refund you.
How does the bundle saving work?
Buy any 2 items and save A$20, or any 3 or more and save A$40. Mix and match anything in the store. The saving is applied automatically in your cart, so there's no code to enter.

Most orders arrive in 8–17 business days in Australia and 8–18 in the US. Personalised necklaces and bracelets are made to order, so allow 10–19 business days (US 10–20).
