Orders and delivery

How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 8–17 business days of ordering. Personalised necklaces and bracelets are made to order, so allow 10–19 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Is shipping really free?
Yes, on every order with no minimum spend.

Where do you ship?
Australia and the United States for now. More countries are coming soon.

Where do orders ship from?
Straight from our supplier's warehouse overseas. That's how we keep prices down and shipping free.

Christmas order-by dates
For delivery in Australia before Christmas, order personalised necklaces and bracelets by 23 November and everything else by 1 December. These are our best estimates from our supplier's usual times and we'll update them here if anything changes.

Returns and refunds

What if I change my mind?
Email us within 7 days of your order being delivered, with your order number, and we'll refund what you paid for the item. You don't need to send it back, and that includes personalised necklaces and bracelets.

What if something arrives faulty or damaged?
Email us with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or give you a refund. See our refund policy for the details, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you email us within 12 hours of ordering and before your order has been made or shipped.

Photo necklace and bracelet

Is there a matching set?
Yes. The photo bracelet is the matching piece to the necklace, so you can make it His & Hers. Each one has its own photo, so use the same photo for both or a different one for each. Buy both and the A$20 bundle saving comes off automatically in your cart.

Will my photo work?
Bright, close-up photos work best. We check every photo before it's made, and if yours looks too dark or blurry we'll email you to ask for another.

Can I change my photo after ordering?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll swap it.

How do I see the photo?
Look through the lens towards a lamp or window, or shine a phone torch through it onto a wall.

Flame diffuser

What do I plug it into?
It comes with a USB-C cable that plugs into any USB phone charger or laptop. A wall plug isn't included.

Are essential oils included?
No. Use your favourite oil, a few drops at a time.

Heartbeat puppy

Are batteries included?
No. The heartbeat unit takes 2 x AAA batteries.

Will my puppy like it?
Every puppy is different. Some snuggle straight in, some take a few nights, and some aren't interested.

Bundle savings

How do bundle savings work?
Buy any 2 items and save A$20, or any 3 or more and save A$40. Mix and match anything in the store, like a matching necklace and bracelet, or a necklace for Mum and a heartbeat puppy for the new pup. The saving is applied automatically in your cart, so there's no code to enter.

Can I use it with a discount code?
One saving per order: the bundle saving can't be combined with other discount codes.

I'm shopping in US dollars. How much do I save?
The same saving, converted to US dollars at checkout (about US$14 for 2 items and US$29 for 3 or more, depending on the exchange rate).
