Changed your mind? Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund you, with no need to send it back. If it arrives faulty or doesn't match the photo you sent, we'll put it right.

Which photos work best?
Bright, close-up photos with one or two faces, or one pet. Dark backgrounds and big group shots don't come out as well. We check every photo before it's made, and if yours looks too dark or blurry we'll email you to ask for another.
How do I see the photo?
Look through the lens towards a lamp or window. Or, in a dim room, shine your phone torch through it onto a wall.
Can I order two with different photos?
Yes. Add the first necklace to your cart with its photo, then upload the second photo and add it again. If you pick 2 in the bundle options instead, both necklaces get the same photo.
Is there a matching one for him?
Yes. Our photo projection bracelet is a Cuban-link chain for him, with its own photo. Any 2 items save A$20, applied automatically in your cart.
Can I change my photo after ordering?
Yes, if you email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that it may already be being made.
What is it made of?
It's a silver-tone pendant and chain. We don't sell it as sterling silver or hypoallergenic, so it may not suit you if you're sensitive to some metals.
What if I change my mind?
Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund what you paid for it. You don't need to send it back. If it arrives faulty or doesn't match the photo you sent, we'll replace it or refund you.

Most orders arrive in 8–17 business days in Australia and 8–18 in the US. Personalised necklaces and bracelets are made to order, so allow 10–19 business days (US 10–20).
